We opened our noodle factory in November 2023!

We make fresh, high quality, and authentic noodles on Long Island. We provide various kind of noodles such as Ramen noodles, Udon noodles, , and vegan noodles. We are your source for commercial noodles(we are currently developing gluten free noodles). We have more than 500 recipes for our noodles, and we can provide delicious noodles according to your requirements. We offer noodles that suit various soups such as pork bone based, miso based, paitan, tantan etc.

Our Noodles

  • Egg Noodle

    The eggs are kneaded into the noodles to give this all-around noodle dish an egg flavor. The noodle also goes well with any soup or broth.　

  • Tonkotsu Noodle

    This noodle is meant to be eaten with tonkotsu soup. The noodle is thinner than the others.

  • Vegan Noodle

    This ramen is egg-free and vegan-friendly.
